The element of Air is vital to human existence, without it we would all perish.

We have selected vivid light blue and shimmering grey enamel to represent the nature of this element, and the two colours mix fluidly over the crisp guilloche engraving of the barrel.

The matching cap motif is accented in the same vivid blue enamel as the barrel.

Earth is the base for all elements. It is a building block of stability, strength and dependable.

We have selected a combination of rich copper brown and glowing viridian green enamels to set off the guilloche engraving on our Earth Pen. These two colours subtly blend together, representing the nature of the ground bringing forth plant life.

The bright silver cap is decorated with the line and diamond pattern in matching copper brown enamel.

The element of Fire is creative and destructive. Fire can protect us -- keep us warm, used for cooking, and to ward off the darkness of night. Without the fire of our Sun, there would be no daylight. Fire is the element which fuels our passions.

Rich glowing Fire Red and a bright Flame Yellow enamel are layered over the deep guilloche engraving on the barrel mixing together to emphasise the gentle curves of the deep engravings on the barrel, the combination representing strength and passion as an element.

Sir Francis Drake was born near Plymouth, England in around 1540, the home of modern day Conway Stewart, it seems only appropriate for the company to name this new design after a local legend.

The Drake Vermeil fountain pen is fashioned from a solid rod of precious metal. Guilloche engraving is used to create a gently flowing wave pattern on the cap and barrel, set off with highly polished cap top, cap band, and barrel end.

The new Conway Stewart Drake has been inspired by the legendary British explorer Sir Francis Drake. This new model is rendered in solid sterling silver, with cap and barrel covered in intricate guilloche engraving. .The Conway Stewart Arabian Nights, like Burtons translation itself, is a rich tapestry of both form and texture. Utilising the art of filigree, which requires twisting and plaiting fine threads of silver wire to form an intricate design, the Arabian Nights is a visual feast.

The filigree design is carefully constructed one piece at a time by the artist, with each individually wound and twisted piece of silver wire set into place and secured to create jewellery of infinite beauty.

The Chatsworth Collection is a new overlay design commissioned for Conway Stewart by award winning artist Henry Simpole.

This is by far the most detailed and intricate filigree design to date for Conway Stewart by Simpole, and for the first time we are making the Chatsworth collection available on a canvas choice of three of our most popular resins: Classic Black, Blue Stardust, and Red Stardust.

Mandarin Ducks are a theme frequently featured in Oriental art. A notable characteristic of this species is intense loyalty. Pairing for life, they represent conjugal affection and fidelity in eastern art. Their presence represents balance and harmony.
